restaurant complaint

I am writting to complain about your restaurant I have been on many occassions  in London for business and I´m always have dinner in your restaurant but last night.I left there very dissapointed.At the begging everything was all right but when.I ordered the soup there was a cockroach frocting in it.I don´t say anything because I did not want to set up a scene and I paid the bill and I left you a very nice tip but when I get my hotelroom suddendly.I begun to feel really sick and having diarrhea a throwing up all night. So I went to the hospital and there a doctor told me that. I was intoxicated and that because I have to ask you the hospital bil and my hotel stay because I have to be here in London one day more.
